Air Cargo Service

Our company began its international air cargo courier service in 1972, and currently holds both an Air Freight Forwarder License and a Customs Clearance Operation License. Overseas customs clearance and shipment are in turn managed by overseas agency companies. In this way, our company provides systematic, integrated services spanning all areas of international air freight business, including cabin arrangement, export customs clearance, import customs clearance, overseas transportation services, and so forth.

Notes for export air freight

• Consignments that are precious, fresh items over-small in sizes, or are not dealed by an agent, are best delivered via Direct Flight, which will arrive with master air waybills (MAWB) on which the sender is the SHIPPER and the receiver is the CONSIGNEE
• Consignments that are of the same country or destination can be consolidted, in which case, UCF is the SHIPPER while the overseas agent is the CONSIGNEE on the MAWB. Each of our customers will be issued with a house air waybill (HAWB) from us.
• "Unaccompanied Luggage" mush be attached with a copy of the consigner's passport and the air ticket as a proof at the customs.
• Should necessany changes of details on the AWB occur, with the exception of the insured value of the consignment, the shipper must sign an agreement to assure that he/she will disburse all the expense. All changes must be made on both the original and carbon copies, and stamped, on the changed section, with the airline's IATA number and the place where changes are made.
• Changes such as “end of delivery”, "change of consignee" or "shipping back" should e attended , with the approval of the airline company, before the consignment is picked up. The shipper should agree to disburse all the extra expense, that the cost of before and after. Any of the above changes must not be lower than shipping from the departing station to the new destination.
• According to Warsaw Convention, the courier is entitled to limit its liability to US$20/kg for goods that are lost, damaged or delayed, and the compensative sum should not exceed the price on the invoice.

We offer Custom Broker Services for International Express Courier Service and International Air Service at CKS International Airport.
We also offer Custom Broker Services for International Air Service in Kaohsiung International Airport. Besides owning a Custom Broker License, we also have up to 10 senior staff to be on-call to serve you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
